We’re excited to bring out some museum treats for a good time, not a long time.
Coming from a wonderfully even-ripening vintage, we have a real soft spot for aged Cabernet Sauvignon & this from our old ‘Single Vineyard’ label is no exception.
Rich, layered & plenty of mingle between youthful dark bramble fruit & black currant lozenge, with generous tertiary complexities of tobacco, baking spices, walnut & earthy truffle creeping in . Tannins melt in the mouth, & the endless linger to finishes bright with minerality still on show.
