Description
If you’re a fan of our Limestone Coast Rose, then you’re going to love this! 100% Dolcetto sourced from Wirrega Vineyard in Mundulla. It was settled overnight to retain a light layer of solids, then transferred to conditioned oak where it fermented & rested for 4 months with occasional lees stirring.
A medley of aromas dance between orange oil, red summer bramble & earthy rooibos tea. These notes carry through to a full bodied palate where some wonderfully creamy texture is held firm with a little crunchy cranberry & a teasing lift of fresh spearmint. The finish is subtle of light tannin, earthy spice & some cooling alpine herbs to ensure the finish is savoury.
