Welcome to Wangolina
Wangolina is situated between the coastal towns of Kingston & Robe in the Mt Benson region, which is a part of the broader Limestone Coast Wine region, South Australia.
Renowned for limestone and terra rossa soils that combine with a maritime, cool climate our little region produces wines of exceptional quality, interest and character.
The Wangolina Wine Room is open for tasting 7 days a week (with the exception of Christmas & Good Friday). Varieties and wine styles we produce include Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Pinot Gris, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon, Rose and Moscato.
We take pride in promoting South Australian produce and you will find a selection of local goodies to enjoy whilst you are visiting.

Our goode breeding
The Goode family arrived in Kingston in the late 1800’s and established Wangolina Station in 1923 breeding Shorthorn cattle and Merino sheep. Current owners John, Jan & daughter Anita Goode established the vineyards in 1999 with the varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc.
In 2001 fifth generation Goode family member, Anita Goode diversified the family agricutural business with the addition of winemaking and the production of Wangolina wines, using grapes grown in the estate vineyard.
The Goode family still run a working cattle property conditioning Shorthorn and a few Angus cattle for Domestic and Export markets.
