Grown in beautiful Mundulla at Wirrega Vineyards, from their second cropping of this grape variety.
It shows everything that we like in a good sparkling – ripeness of fruit. Delicate aromas of apple blossom are cushioned into some pillowy carbonation to provide a wonderfully soft edge to a blanketing palate of golden delicious apple and honeydew melon texture. Some crunchy acidity ensures the finish is crisp, with just enough length.
Essential to your next antipasto or plate of local calamari.
