A field blend of Dolcetto & Tempranillo. Full flavoured & savoury, easy drinking Rose with personality.
Description
Dolcetto & Tempranillo were simultaneously harvested from Wirrega Vineyard in Mundulla, & co-fermented in stainless steel.
A more savoury style of Rose. The nose bursts with berry coulis, pink grapefruit & pomegranate. The palate has generous entry of ripe pink grapefruit with those subtle red berry edges with a savoury finish, dancing between red apple skin, pomegranate tannin and citrus acidity.
