Description
If you’re a fan of our Limestone Coast Rosé of yesteryear, then you’re going to love this! 100% Dolcetto sourced from Wirrega Vineyard in Mundulla. Juice was settled overnight to retain a light layer of solids, then transferred to conditioned oak where it fermented & rested for 4 months with occasional lees stirring.
A gloriously striking colour on the pour. The aromas are warming of bitter orange & ripe summer bramble that lead to a mouth-filling & layered palate, with a particularly pleasant, long linger of woody rooibos tea & alpine herbs.
