Description
If you’re a fan of our Limestone Coast Rosé of yesteryear, then you’re going to love this! 100% Dolcetto sourced from Wirrega Vineyard in Mundulla. It was settled overnight to retain a light layer of solids, then transferred to conditioned oak where it fermented & rested for 4 months with occasional lees stirring. Warming aromas of bitter orange, ripe summer bramble lead to a mouth-filling & layered palate, with a particularly nice, long linger of woody rooibos tea & alpine herbs.
