Terms and Conditions
Competition period.
The competition will start 25th October 2025 at 12:00am (ACST) and end 26th April 2026 at 12:00am (ACST) with the winner drawn at 10:00am (ACST) on Tuesday 28th of April 2026.
Eligibility.
Entry is open to residents of Australia only.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
Employees of the Promoter, its affiliated entities, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter.
Sign up to the Wangolina Mailing List during the competition period. Multiple entries are not permitted.
Prize.
The winner will receive a Le Cavist 97 bottle wine fridge delivered to their door plus 3 dozen Wangolina wines. Total prize value of $2208.00.
Winner selection.
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
Winner will be notified via email on Tuesday the 28th of April 2026 and announced on social media.
If the winner does not claim the prize by Tuesday the 5th of May 2026 a new winner will be drawn.
Publicity.
By entering the competition, the winner agrees to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
Personal information.
Personal information of eligible entrants may be provided to third parties involved with this Promotion including prize suppliers.
General.
The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these terms or who tampers with the entry process.
The promoter is not responsible for any technical issues that prevent an entry from being submitted.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for chase or other goods.
The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time if circumstances arise outside of its control.
