Passionfruit, dried grass, lime and gooseberry - this wine has all of the aromas. The nose is powerful and intense, but the palate is clean, crisp and deceptively dry thanks to some snappy acidity. Consistently produced and grown in the Mt Benson region within the Limestone coast, our Sauvignon Blanc is our most awarded wine and a style we are immensely proud of. Perfect with fresh oysters and shell-on prawns.
