Anita Goode
Anita the is the driving force behind Wangolina Station. At age fifteen Anita did her high school work experience in Coonawarra and loved it. After leaving high school Anita studied Oenology at the University of Adelaide completing a Bachelor of Agricultural Science (oenology). Anita now brings a wealth of experience home to Wangolina after working at wineries across the globe, including wineries in Langhorne Creek, Mount Benson, Hunter Valley, Martinborough (New Zealand), Bordeaux (France), Washington State and Oregon (USA). Her vast experience brings an international influence to her winemaking, while still retaining the charms of quality unique to the Limestone Coast.

In 2008, we began making our wines at Bird in Hand in the Adelaide Hills, taking consultation from international wine consultant, Kym Milne MW.
Kym Milne has an extensive background in the international wine industry. After joining the wine trade in 1977 and working in the cellars of two Australian wineries, Kym studied winemaking at Roseworthy Agricultural College, graduating in 1981 with an oenology degree. After working for three years at Berri winery, Kym then moved to New Zealand and spent nine years as Chief Winemaker for the Villa Maria Estate Group of. In 1993, Kym moved to Europe and set up as a winemaking consultant, working predominantly as Director of Winemaking Operations for International Wine Services ("IWS") running "flying winemaker" projects in many different countries. Kym holds a prestigious “Master of Wine” qualification, gained on first attempt in 1991. Kym is one of the few Masters of Wine to gain the MW title at the first attempt.
Kym now lives in the Adelaide Hills with his family and consults through his own business Golbal Wine Solutions, not only for Wangolina Station but for Bird in Hand, Anvers Wines as well as some international consultancies.
