2011 Jillaroo Sparkling Pinot Noir

With a great sunset pink colour and bright aromas of fresh strawberry and ripe raspberries. The palate has a gorgeous creamy texture from the secondary fermentation. Excellent for pre-dinner drinks or a great fun party starter. We are certain that you will love Jillaroo as much as we do.

We have bottled all of the 2011 Jillaroo with the Zork SPK closure. This closure is very comparable with the cork and muselet in terms of performance however the SPK can do something the cork cannot - it is resealable. This means that there can be bubbles today and tomorrow!

If you want to know how to open an SPK closure go to

P.S. the old teaspoon in the top of the bottle trick... doesn't cut it!

Price: $18.00 per bottle / $216.00 per dozen

2011 Sauvignon Blanc

The 2011 Sauvignon Blanc has great aromatic notes of passionfruit with a punchy herbaceousness. The palate is clean and crisp with a bright zippy finish. Our winemaker Anita is really excited about this vintage of Sauvignon Blanc and says it reminds her of the 2008 Sauvignon Blanc that won Gold at Adelaide Wine Show a few years ago. Fingers crossed the 2011 does just as well!

Price: $18.00 per bottle / $216.00 per dozen

2011 Pinot Gris

The 2011 Pinot Gris has lively notes of apple and pear with a punchy spicy, herbaceousness. The palate is clean and crisp with a luscious, delicious finish. This is our inaugural vintage of Pinot Gris and we are really excited with the structure and balance of this wine. We think Pinot Gris may have found a new home here in the winemaking region of Mount Benson.

2010 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

4 & 1/2 stars-Winestate Magazine Limestone Coast Tasting 2010

This Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is 60% Semillon and 40% Sauvignon Blanc. The Semillon provides tropical fruit and citrus flavours, whilst the Sauvignon Blanc gives a good punch of herbaceousness. A really great value wine, perfect for summer sipping!

Price: $14.00 per bottle / $168.00 per dozen

2009 Station Hand Cabernet Shiraz

This typical Aussie blend is a luscious rich garnet colour with bright ruby hues. Concentrated deep blackcurrant, plums and spice on the nose with a firm dark fruit flavoured palate. An elegant wine with velvety tannins and a layered texture. Hints of mocha from the integrated French and American oak maturation. A red wine to be enjoyed now - try with slow cooked lamb shanks and creamy mash potato.

Price: $14.00 per bottle / $168.00 per dozen

2010 Section 67 Sauvignon

Highly Commended - Sydney International Wine Show 2011

Mid golden straw in colour. An intensely flavoured palate of tropical fruits, guava, passionfruit and ripe pineapple with complex barrel fermentation characteristics showing through. A complex creamy palate with oak highlights and great flavour depth - another style of Sauvignon Blanc to consider.

Price: $28.00 per bottle / $336.00 per dozen

2009 Section 67 Semillon

Mid golden straw in colour. Bright lemon, lime and herbaceous flavours, supported by aromas of almonds and biscuit from the complex barrel fermentation. A richness on the palate with lingering flavours of grapefruit and lemon. An interesting style of Semillon one to be enjoyed with many different types of food.

Price: $24.00 per bottle / $288.00 per dozen

2010 Section 67 30RS Riesling
The Riesling grapes were picked early at 11.3 Baume and then quickly crushed, pressed and settled. The wine was fermented cool in stainless steel to preserve the fresh fruit characters. The fermentation was stopped when the sugar and acid levels balanced to give a wine with a higher level of residual sweetness. Very Pale straw in colour with bright lemon, lime and floral notes. This wine shows obvious varietal Riesling characters - bright flavours of lime and florals with citrus blossom. A medium sweet palate provides texture and weight, while a firm acidity provides support and balance.

Price: $22.00 per bottle / $264.00 per dozen

2009 Section 67 Shiraz

A dark rich garnet coloured wine with bright ruby hues. Deeply purfumed and full of aromatic, persistent flavours of dark fruits, cherry and plums. Hints of spice and mocha are also apparent. A beautifully structured wine with a lengthy palate and fine chalky tannins.

Price: $22.00 per bottle / $264.00 per dozen
